We prefer that clients book an appointment online, but walk-ins are always welcome. Feel free to stop by at your convenience.
Appointment length varies depending on your vein size and the catheter used. Most infusion appointments take between 30 minutes and one hour.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least one hour before your scheduled time. You can cancel or reschedule through Acuity, our online booking partner, or by calling our office.
Yes. Our membership plans are designed for clients seeking ongoing wellness support at a better value than individual visits. Membership details and pricing will be available once finalized.
Memberships require a six-month commitment. After that period, you can easily cancel by reaching out to a member of our team.
Certain health conditions may make IV therapy inadvisable. During your intake, our nurse will review your medical history to determine whether treatment is appropriate. In general, LyteGuards does not provide IV therapy to individuals with significant kidney or heart disease.
Most clients experience no side effects beyond minor bruising or soreness at the injection site. Our nurse monitors you throughout your treatment to ensure your comfort and safety.
Yes. All client health information is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
